Dance Journeys offer students the tremendous opportunity to go deeper into the 5Rhythms movement meditation practice. The greater amount of time offered, allows for deeper investigation of the rhythms by focusing on particular aspects of the maps. Although you will move much, dance journeys are not necessarily harder than a typical 5Rhythms™ class. Dance journeys always include breaks and other activities to nourish the body.
