We will use the 5Rhythms™ movement practice to acknowledge our lessons and growth of 2008, and to manifest our dreams for 2009.
We are riding the waves of great change & possibility, individually and collectively, as evidenced by recent changes in our world. It is a time which supports our evolution towards our higher consciousness. These waves of change and possibility offer us a time to look at what no longer serves us, and a time to see and take on our essential selves.
Join us in Taos to physically release your 2008 challenges and fears into the ethers, and to ritually invite in your greatest dreams and intentions for manifestation in 2009. Let's ride these waves of possibilities as we go into 2009 through the embodiment of our dreams and desires.
The evening will end in the rhythm of Stillness with a soothing and magical Planetary Gong Meditation. Be touched by grace and transported into the cosmic realms.

The evening will include a light snack. Please wear festive clothing and bring, your journal or something to write upon, a mat to lay upon for the gong meditation, and a water bottle.
