Life is Movement. Just as we are. Our bodies constantly changing. Our emotions ranging from one to another. And,yet another. Our minds churning and working. Sometimes overtime. How do we physically work with and ground all of this movement?
Life is Change. And, in today's world, change is in the blink of an eye. We will practice moving our bodies & opening our hearts to the energies of change. How do we stay with, and hold change?
Life is Growth. Hallelujah! How do we expand our consciousness and embody new ways of being?
In this 4-part series, we will continue to learn the roots of the 5Rhythms movement meditation practice, and explore the questions: Who am I? What sustains me? How do I feed myself? We will investigate the ways in which energy moves us, moves through us and in us. We will practice meeting & living life with fluidity, clarity, strength, joy and compassion. We will practice being just a little bit better human being.
