I'm glad you found Move and Be Moved. My inspiration for this site was found through my movement meditation practice -- the 5 Rhythms™, created by Gabrielle Roth. Through this work, I have learned to plunge into the depths of my creativity, trusting the flow of life, and as a result live in a greater state of grace. The healing gifts of life, energy, love, unity, creativity, and freedom are to be shared.
